We will pick and pack your order within 2 working days and then use Royal Mail to deliver, which usually takes 2-4 working days.

For international shipping we will use parcel force and of course the shipping times will vary depending upon your location.

If you want to change a product for another range, colour etc…. please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used and the packaging remains free from defects.

All dry beam gloves have an integrated bracket that could become damaged during a machine wash. We therefore suggest hand washing with a light detergent and then air dry.

IPX5 means a device is protected against sustained, low-pressure water jets from any direction, making it resistant to splashes, rain and sweat but not fully waterproof for submersion. Our torches have been IPX5 tested whilst positioned in their brackets.
